Manual turndown control (ozone production adjustable between 1-100%, linear)
- equipped for remote control via 4-20 mA or 0-10 VDC signal from a process monitor or PLC
- optional volt meter shows ozone production level
- Oxygen flow meter, 1-10 LPM (increasing feed rate from 2 LPM to 10 LPM increases ozone production to 15 grams/hour)
- Wall mount fiberglass enclosure 18" x 16" x 10" is available with optional stand for bench top use of ozone generator
- Ozone pressure gauge (needle valve regulates ozone cell pressure and allows operation with vacuum by a venturi injector)
- Ozone supply solenoid valve provides positive closure of ozone delivery line (prevents cell flooding by backflow of process water)
- 1/4” NPT connections for oxygen and ozone lines
- On-delay timer initiates oxygen purge to dry ozone cell prior to startup (eliminates the possibility of cell arcing due to internal moisture)
- Main power switch with pilot light
